Brevard County is divided into three geographical regions. The county offers dynamic and diverse employment opportunities, as well as a wide range of housing possibilities.

Over the past few years the Space Coast has become one of the most popular places in the entire United States to call home.  Real Estate has surged in Cocoa Beach and the Melbourne Area.

Brevard county's major airport is the Melbourne International Airport, which offers service with major carriers as well as commuter flights.  If you want to relax, there are numerous parks throughout the Space Coast. Among them, Wickham park features swimming lakes, pavilions, archery and gun range, nature trails, volleyball courts, horseback trails, camping, restrooms, a playground and mini golf while Crane Creek offers a wonderful viewing platform to observe manatees in their natural habitat.

For entertainment, the Space Coast offers a variety of choices including dozens of golf courses. The Melbourne Grey Hound Park features live and simulcast wagering. The King Center for the Performing Arts features top name artists and book shows. The Brevard Museum of Art and Science is located in the Eau Gallie section of Melbourne with its children's science center offering 30 hours of interactive exhibits focusing on the physical sciences.

Shopping is made easy at the Merritt Island Mall, the Miracle City Mall in Titusville and the Melbourne Square Mall, featuring over 135 stores and the new outdoor mall in Viera. There are also quaint historic districts scattered throughout the county.  Cocoa Village offers visitors a real treat with over 100 shops and sidewalk cafes.  Historic downtown Melbourne also hosts many fine specialty shops and eateries as well as downtown Eau Gallie and downtown Titusville.
